Shipping policy

Made-to-Order Fulfillment

All products at Barefoot & Salty are custom-printed just for you as soon as an order is placed.

  • Production & Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to print and package your order before it ships out.

  • Fulfillment time does not include shipping/transit time.

Shipping Estimates & Rates

Once your order has been fulfilled, standard shipping times apply based on your location:

  • Standard Domestic (US): 3–6 business days after fulfillment.

  • International Shipping: 5–15 business days after fulfillment (depending on destination and local customs).

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order to the correct address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check around your building/porch and ask neighbors.

  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely).

  3. Reach out to your local mail carrier or post office.

If your tracking stops updating entirely and the package appears lost in transit, please contact us at barefootandsalty@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with a replacement claim.
